In Science and History, wechildren have been learning about electricity, where electricity comes from, how it has changed and how it can damage the environment.
Today we will taking part in a challenge. We are going to be reduicing the amount of electricity we use. In school we will not be using anything that uses electricity today! No lights, no whiteboard. We will only be using water to drink and wash our hands!
Can you do this at home? Instead of using the TV, you could play games, read stories, draw a picture etc! You can make posters to go around the school on how to save electricity, reduce water wastage etc.
