Week commencing 15.3.21

Can you remember what we have been thinking about in R.E this term? What do we mean when we talk about the ‘Natural World’?  Do you remember St. Francis and how he is the patron saint of the Natural World for Christians?  Do you remember that we learnt that Christians and other religions give thanks to God for their food and all that God provides?

Today we are going to learn about the religion of Islam and an important person in this religion called Muhamad watch the video of the two stories ‘Muhammad and the thirsty camel’ and ‘Muhammad and the Ants’.  Discuss what these stories teach us about how Muhammad expects us to take care of the Natural world.

Complete the activities on the sheet answering the questions about the stories you have seen.
