"Warning Regarding Children Playing ROBLOX and broadcasting live on TIKTOK.
We are sending this message out in the hope that parents will be able to check their children's use of ROBLOX and TIKTOK, to make sure they aren't being exploited.
Over the past week it has become a significant trend for Childrento use TIK TOK Live to broadcast via Live Stream, to numerous strangers.
Children are posting videos on TIKTOK and then promise to golive if they can hit the required 1000 followers on TIKTOK. Once they go 'Live', they can then connect in real time with everyone.
Many children are now Live Streaming themselves playing themassively popular game 'Adopt Me' in ROBLOX. They are usingtheir Live Stream to shout out for followers to play with them on ROBLOX, in particular on 'Adopt Me'"
More information can be found on their Facebook page here:

If you would like more help from 'The 2 Johns', there is a free meeting you can get involved in. I will post more details about this, in the March Computing Newsletter.
Thank you 🎮
Hello 👋
Next week is all about looking after our mental health 🧠! For both children and grown up's 👩👦👦👨👦
Mental Health Awareness Week is beginning on 1st February 2021 and at Limes Farm Infant School and Nursery, 🌈 we want to celebrate 🎉!
Teachers 👩🏫 will be adding lots of learning activities around this, next week. Mrs Jonker has shared with us some great resources and websites.
At the moment, times are tough😔. We can't be together as we usually would. We are all missing family members, friends and our usual routines. There is a lot of extra pressure when working from home,👨🏽💻 for both adults and kids alike.
How someone looks on the outside doesn’t necessarily reflect how they are truly feeling on the inside, so it is important to always be kind and think of others.☀️
We recognise this and want us all to come together as a community, to support one another. There is strength and power in numbers💪.
On Wednesday, staff, children and their parents/carers can join us in a special challenge to raise awareness. Turn an item of clothing inside out 👕 and share, to get important conversations started. No one should be embarrassed 🙈 about how they feel.
Let's get talking🗣!
Show off your inside out looks by sending in a photo 📸 or video on Wednesday 3/2! Your child may even be featured on our School Website 👨🏻💻!
Please make sure you email any photos to:
alanna.stevens@limesfarm-inf.essex.sch.uk
Finally, we want to encourage you and your children to take sometime away from the screen and ease the working from home pressures. 📱🕊
Each week, your Class Teacher will be offering Screen Free learning activities. More information will be provided by your child's class teacher, on your Class Story.
Thank you 😊 for taking the time to read this message and please keep safe and well. If you want some more information, help or links to more support, have a look here:

We can get through this, together! 🌈
