Admissions Arrangements 2022-2023


Admission to the Nursery is through the school. A list is held for entry after your child’s third birthday. To secure a place on the list please visit or telephone the school. We are able to admit 26 children per session – a.m. or p.m. If the places are over subscribed then we use firstly  Children Looked After or have previously been Looked After then  siblings and lastly distance from the school as our priorities for admission


School - Reception (for September 2020)

Applications for September 2020 Early Years Places open online, with Essex County Council, on the 11th November 2019 and close on the 14th January 2020.

Admission to the Infant School is in the September after your child is 4 years old. We are able to admit 60 children per year group. Admission is through Essex County Council. Forms can be completed on line. On line applications can be made from the website The deadline for the receipt of forms is in January  for the following September. In the event that the school is oversubscibed then places will be allocated as per our Admissions Policy. The following criterian order are-

  •  Children Looked After or who have previously  been Looked After
  • children with a sibling attending the school or the partner Junior School
  • children living in the priority admission area
  • remaining applicants.

All children may start school in the September preceeding their 5th birthday. Part time schooling is an option for those children who would benefit from this approach.
We are able to admit 60 children per year.

All parents and carers must apply to the school through the County Admission procedure.
